1. Wash the prepared loquats with clean water, remove the skin, then remove the core, then put them into a food processor and beat the loquat pulp into a paste.

2. Process the prepared Fritillaria cirrhosa into fine powder, add it into the processed loquat puree, then add the prepared honey and rock sugar, and mix them slowly with chopsticks.
