Prepare a cup of rice, sweet corn kernels, half a carrot, some mushrooms, and seasonings such as salad oil, salt, green onions, and water.

Step 1: Wash the rice, add some oil and salt to it, stir well and pour into the casserole.

Step 2: Put enough water in the casserole. If you want thick porridge, put less water.

Step 3: Cover the casserole, bring the porridge to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and continue cooking for half an hour.

Step 4: While cooking porridge, soak the mushrooms in warm water.
