1. Rambutan can be eaten directly

Rambutan is a fruit that can be eaten fresh. After purchasing it, you can remove the outer skin and the fascia on the flesh, and then eat it directly. However, there is a core in the middle of the rambutan flesh, so don't eat it too hard to avoid crushing the core and ruining its taste.

2. Rambutan and Motherwort Tea

Rambutan and motherwort can be made into tea together, which can regulate women's menstrual disorders. When making it, you need to prepare five rambutans, ten jujubes and 20 grams of motherwort. After preparation, add motherwort and red dates to water and boil them. After boiling, take out the liquid and put it into a cup, then add the squeezed rambutan juice and mix well. Then you can drink it as tea.

3. Rambutan porridge

Cooking rambutan into porridge is also a good way to eat it. When making it, you need to peel and seed the rambutan, then put it into the pot together with millet and diced yam, add water, add a small amount of red dates, and cook them together. After boiling, cook for about half an hour, and the porridge in the pot will be cooked. Take it out and cool it down and eat it directly. It can prevent and relieve human constipation.
