Fried bamboo fungus with rice crust

Ingredients: 600 grams of fresh bamboo fungus, 200 grams of glutinous rice crust, 60 grams each of cooked ham, cooked chicken breast, pea sprouts, and soaked mushrooms, and appropriate amounts of salt, fresh soup, pepper, lard, and MSG.

Preparation method: Remove the stems of fresh bamboo fungus, wash it, split it lengthwise, cut it into diamond-shaped slices, blanch it in boiling water, and squeeze out the water; cut the cooked chicken breast into slices; remove the roots of the soaked mushrooms, wash it, and cut it into slices; cut the cooked ham into diamond-shaped slices. Take 2 soup bowls, put them in the oven to heat them and set aside. Put the fresh soup, salt, pepper, bamboo fungus slices, mushroom slices, cooked chicken breast slices, cooked ham slices, and MSG in a wok on medium heat, mix well, skim off the foam after boiling, add pea seedlings, and pour into the soup bowl. Put the glutinous rice crust into another soup bowl that has been heated. Add a little lard to the wok and heat it up and put it in the soup bowl. Then pour the bamboo fungus soup into the soup bowl with the glutinous rice crust.

Scope of application: Suitable for loss of appetite and weak spleen and stomach.

Pork liver stewed with bamboo fungus

Ingredients: 200 grams of fresh bamboo fungus, 150 grams of pork liver, 50 grams of pea sprouts, 20 grams of ham, appropriate amounts of broth, MSG, salt, pepper, onion, ginger juice, cooking wine, egg white, and cooked lard.

Preparation method: Remove the stems of fresh bamboo fungus, wash it, blanch it in boiling water, squeeze out the water, and cut it into slices; cut the ham into slices; remove the tendons of the liver, wash it, chop it into minced meat, put it in a bowl, add onion and ginger juice, mix well, drain the liver residue, add MSG, refined salt, pepper, cooking wine, egg white and mix well, pour it into a soup plate smeared with cooked lard, steam it for about 15 minutes, so that the liver juice condenses into liver paste, take it out for later use. Put the wok on high heat, add the broth, bamboo fungus slices, ham slices, refined salt, pepper, and cooking wine to boil, skim off the foam, add pea sprouts and mix well, pour it into a large soup bowl, then add the steamed liver paste and MSG.

Scope of application: Suitable for malnutrition anemia and postpartum anemia.

Stir-fried bamboo fungus with shrimp

Ingredients: 250 grams of bamboo fungus, 100 grams of lean pork, 80 grams each of shrimp and soaked sea cucumber, 50 grams of pea sprouts, 1 egg, and appropriate amounts of fresh soup, vinegar, sugar, dry starch, refined salt, chopped green onion, chopped ginger, and MSG.

Preparation: Wash bamboo fungus, remove stems, and cut into sections; wash and slice sea cucumber; wash lean pork and slice into thin slices; wash shrimp. Put all ingredients in a bowl, add egg white, refined salt, and dry starch and mix well. Wash pea sprouts. Put the wok on high heat, add fresh soup and boil, then add the pulped lean pork slices, refined salt, sugar, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, chopped green onion, chopped ginger, and pea sprouts, boil for a while, skim off the foam, remove from the wok and pour into a soup bowl.

Scope of application: Suitable for impotence and spermatorrhea caused by kidney deficiency.
