Loquat

Loquat is rich in crude fiber and mineral elements. Every 100 grams of loquat meat contains 0.4 grams of protein, 6.6 grams of carbohydrates, and vitamin B1 and vitamin C. Here are two ways to eat loquat:

Loquat paste:

raw material:

500 grams of loquat meat and 600 grams of rock sugar.

Preparation method:

Put rock sugar into boiling water and cook until it melts, then add loquat meat and continue cooking until it becomes a thick paste.

Loquat porridge:

raw material:

250 grams of loquat meat, 50 grams of glutinous rice, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.

Preparation method:

Boil rock sugar in water, then add the cleaned glutinous rice, cook until the porridge is cooked, then add the processed loquat meat and cook for 10 minutes.
