How to make homemade plum wine

Homemade plum wine

1 Ingredients: appropriate amounts of plums, low-alcohol liquor and rock sugar.

2. After washing the plums, soak them in boiled water for three to four hours, then take them out, drain and set aside.

3. Clean the glass bottle with a lid, dry it, and then pour the prepared low-alcohol liquor into the bottle. It is best to choose rice wine with an alcohol content of about 15 degrees, so that the finished plum wine will taste better.

4. Add the prepared plums and rock sugar together. The ratio of plums, wine and rock sugar can be 1:1:0.5. However, when adding rock sugar, you cannot add it all at once. You should add it several times. This will greatly help reduce the alcohol content in the wine.

5. After adding all the ingredients, shake the bottle to allow them to fully contact each other, then seal it. You can take it out and drink it after storing it for 100 days. If you can store it for a year, the taste will be even better.
