How to make plum wine

1. Ingredients: 1 kilogram of fresh green plums, rock sugar can be prepared according to your own taste, about 200 grams to 500 grams, a little low-alcohol rice wine, the alcohol content of the rice wine should not exceed 20 degrees, and the kind of Daqu wine is the best. In addition, prepare a clean container that can be sealed.

2. Rinse the fresh green plums with clean water, and then soak them in clean water for about eight hours. Take out the soaked green plums, remove the stems with your hands, and also clean up the impurities remaining at the base of the stems.

3. Sterilize the prepared container and remove all the moisture inside. Then put the processed green plums in the container in a layer, and then put in a layer of rock sugar, alternating in this way. It is best to put in all the layers. After putting in all the layers, shake the container after use to allow the green plums and rock sugar to have more complete contact.

4. Pour the prepared rice wine into the container with green plums, make the rice wine higher than the green plums and rock sugar, then seal the container and store it in a cool and ventilated place. The plum wine will be ready after three months. Take some out from there and drink it. The sweet and sour plum wine with a faint aroma is particularly refreshing and tempting.
