3. Poke some holes in the pie crust with a fork and let it rest for 15 minutes. 4. Peel and seed the apples and cut into small pieces.

5. Heat the pan, add the butter and heat over low heat until melted, pour in 30 grams of fine sugar, heat and stir until completely melted.

6. Add apple pieces and stir-fry over low heat.
