You can take pest-free seeds, sterilize and germinate them before sowing them, and then transplant them into flower pots after they grow into seedlings. In addition, pearl grass can also be propagated by cuttings and layering. The layering method is relatively simple. Pearl grass cultivation methods and techniques

1. Temperature and humidity management

Pearl grass is a green plant native to tropical regions. It likes high temperature and high humidity environment. During its peak growing season, the air humidity must be maintained between 70% and 80%, and air convection must be strengthened. The temperature is best controlled between 25 and 30 degrees. If the conditions are not suitable, pearl grass will have adverse symptoms such as yellowing and falling leaves and loss of luster.

2. Lighting management

When cultivating pearl grass, you must pay attention to light management. It likes a semi-shaded environment. You can give it sufficient sunlight in spring, autumn and winter every year, but after entering summer, you must provide necessary shade to it, which should be more than 50%. If you keep it indoors, you can put it in a place with bright light, and then move it outdoors for a period of time, otherwise its leaves will lose their luster and the ornamental value of the pearl grass will decrease.
