How to make delicious bacon: Ingredients and steps for stir-frying bacon

Every year, we make some bacon and sausage at home during festivals. This is our traditional food and also a custom. Bacon has a strong flavor, and it is even more delicious if it is fried. Here are some methods of making fried bacon.

1. How to make fried bacon with garlic sprouts

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients: bacon, garlic sprouts and celery.

Step 2: Wash the bacon, boil it, slice it and let it cool.

Step 3: Wash the garlic sprouts and celery, cut into sections, and cut the bacon into strips for later use.

Step 4: Add some oil to the pan and start stir-frying the bacon. After the bacon releases oil, add celery and garlic and continue to stir-fry.

Step 5: Finally add the garlic sprouts and salt and stir well.

2. How to make fried bacon with garlic sprouts

Step 1: Prepare one pound of garlic sprouts, two ounces of bacon, a little dried chili pepper, and seasoning.

Step 2: Remove the stomach of the garlic sprouts and clean them, slice the bacon, and cut the chili peppers into sections with scissors.

Step 3: Add some oil to the pan, heat it over high heat, then pour in the garlic sprouts and start stir-frying until the garlic sprouts are dry and there is no moisture left.

Step 4: Stir-fry the garlic sprouts until they become soft, add some oil to the pan and stir-fry evenly.

Step 5: Finally add the dried chili peppers and bacon, and stir-fry continuously until the bacon turns transparent.

Step 6: Add garlic sprouts, salt, pepper and bean curd, and continue stir-frying with a bowl of water.

Step 7: After the water has absorbed the juice, it is ready.
