How to make pickled cucumbers

Pickled cucumber is one of the most common pickles in life. It has a unique flavor, is crisp and refreshing, and tastes delicious. It can be eaten with porridge or rice. Every autumn is a good time to pickle pickled cucumbers, but some people don't know much about the pickling method of pickled cucumbers and don't know how to make it. Pickling method 1

1. When pickling cucumbers, if there are many people in your family, you can prepare 5000 grams of fresh cucumbers, 500 grams of fresh chili peppers, seven heads of garlic, and 500 grams of ginger.

2. Wash the prepared cucumbers, cut them into long strips, put them in a bowl with the prepared small peppers, add salt and marinate. After two days of marination, remove the water and drain. Cut the garlic into slices and the ginger into shreds for later use.

3. Use 500 grams of sugar, 200 grams of white wine, 1500 grams of soy sauce, 150 grams of salad oil, and 100 grams of MSG to make a sauce. It is best to boil them in a pot and use them after they cool down. This can prevent the yellow meat from deteriorating during the pickling process.

4. Pour the cooked seasoning juice into the prepared cucumbers and mix well to marinate. After three to five days, the pickled cucumbers will be ready and can be taken out and eaten at any time.

Pickling method 2

1. If there are fewer people in your family, you can pickle cucumbers in small quantities and eat them as you pickle. When pickling, you need to prepare 500 grams of fresh cucumbers, salt, minced garlic, chili sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil in appropriate amounts.

2. Wash the cucumber and cut it into thick slices, add the prepared salt and marinate it, remove the water from the cucumber. Then put the minced garlic, chili sauce, soy sauce and sugar together, add sesame oil and boiled water to make the sauce.

3. Put the cucumber in the prepared sauce, mix well and marinate it. It will be tasty in about half a day. Take it out and put it on a plate and eat it directly. If you can’t finish it, put it in the refrigerator and it can be kept for several days without deterioration.
