How to Grill Oysters

1. Grilled Oysters with Garlic

Grilled oysters with garlic is the most common and classic way to eat them.

Step 1: 12 oysters, 5 cloves of garlic, a little red pepper, 1 scallion, a little white pepper, and appropriate amount of salt.

Step 2: Preheat the oven to about 200 degrees.

Step 3: Chop the onion, garlic and red pepper and mix them together.

Step 4: Add a small amount of oil to the pan, put the minced garlic and chili into the pan and stir-fry together.

Step 5: Add white pepper and salt and stir-fry until well mixed.

Step 6: Crack the oysters open and clean them.

Step 7: Place the oysters in a baking tray, sprinkle with the fried minced garlic, and bake for nine minutes.

After cracking the oysters, they should be placed in the oven immediately. Exposure to air for too long will affect the taste and freshness.

2. Grilled Oysters with Chopped Peppers

Step 1: 5 oysters, 15 grams of chopped pepper, onion, ginger, garlic, light soy sauce, 15ml abalone juice, 15ml cooking oil, 5ml white vinegar.

Step 2: Soak the vermicelli, mix the garlic, chopped pepper, ginger and scallion with light soy sauce and abalone sauce.

Step 3: Split the oysters, remove the oyster meat, put the vermicelli meat first and then cover the oysters, and drizzle with chopped pepper sauce.

Step 4: Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
