Stir-fried rapeseed

1. Stir-fried rapeseed is delicious. When making it, you need to prepare 500 grams of rapeseed, appropriate amounts of peppercorns, onions and ginger, and a small amount of red pepper. Finally, you also need to prepare appropriate amounts of vinegar, salt, sugar, and other seasonings such as MSG.

2. Wash the rapeseed with clean water, then blanch it in boiling water for two minutes, take it out and cool it down with cold water, then take it out again and remove the water for later use. Chop the pepper, green onion and ginger into fine pieces for later use.

3. After adding oil to the pan, add peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant. Then remove the peppercorns and add chopped green onion and ginger. After the aroma comes out, add MSG and vinegar, then add chili peppers. Finally, add rapeseed into the pan and stir-fry over high heat. After stir-frying evenly, add sugar and salt to taste. After mixing evenly, serve directly out of the pan.

Rapeseed with oyster sauce

1. Rapeseed with oyster sauce is delicious. It requires 500 grams of fresh rapeseed, a head of garlic, a scallion, and appropriate amounts of salt, chicken essence, water starch and oyster sauce.

2. Remove the old leaves and roots of the rapeseed, wash with clean water and set aside. Chop the shallots into chopped green onions and the garlic into minced garlic. Bring water to a boil, then blanch the rapeseed. Before blanching, add a small amount of salt and oil to the water, which will make the blanched rapeseed greener.

3. Place the blanched rapeseed on a plate, heat oil in a wok, add chopped green onion and minced garlic, add oyster sauce and stir-fry for a while. After the aroma comes out, pour the sauce directly on the rapeseed.
