When making refreshing cabbage, you need to prepare 500 grams of cabbage, preferably the tender cabbage heart. Then prepare a red pepper, four or five dried chilies, a head of garlic, salt, MSG, sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce in appropriate amounts, and finally a certain amount of cooking oil.

Steps to make refreshing cabbage

1. Wash the prepared red pepper with clean water, then cut it into shreds. Wash the cabbage with clean water, cut it into long strips and set aside. Peel the garlic and cut it into garlic slices and set aside.

2. Pour clean water into the pot, add a small amount of cooking oil and salt and bring the pot to a boil. Then add the cabbage and cook for about two minutes. Take out the cooked cabbage, drain the water and put it in a plate.

3.
