2. Mustard greens and lean meat soup

The mustard turnip and lean meat soup is also very delicious. When making it, peel 200 grams of mustard turnips and cut them into slices, cut 50 grams of lean meat into slices, marinate them with cooking wine and salt for a while, put clean water in the pot, add shredded ginger and lean meat slices and cook them together.
