Steps to cook spicy snails

1. Cleaning the snails. Cleaning the snails is a big problem. You can soak them in clean water for a few days in advance, then add a small amount of sesame oil to the clean water, and then put in a rusty knife. In this way, the snails will actively spit out the dirt inside. You just need to pay attention to changing the water more often.

2. After cleaning the snails, the next step is to remove the parasites. Most people blanch the snails, but this method does not completely eliminate the parasites. When I cook the snails, I will put the snails in a pressure cooker and simmer them for two minutes. Under high pressure, all the parasites will disappear.

3. Take the pressed snails out of the pot, drain the water and set aside. Then cut the ginger into slices, peel and flatten the garlic and set aside.
