Today I will tell you about the prevention and treatment of several common diseases of straw mushrooms: 1. The mushroom buds wither① The temperature should be controlled at 25-28℃ during the mushroom bud formation period. When the temperature drops below 20℃ in early autumn, cover the shed with straw curtains to keep warm; ② The light should be dim during the growth stage of the fungus line to prevent strong light stimulation and premature formation of mushroom buds; the straw should be compacted to facilitate the close connection of the mycelium; ③ During the mycelium growth period, spray the culture medium around the mushroom bed with dervine essence and dichlorvos to kill pests such as millipedes and woodlice; ④ The fungus species must be separated or introduced every year and stored at a suitable temperature; ⑤ Regularly sprinkle water on the ridges around the material blocks or in the furrows. ⑥ After the mycelium has grown all over the culture medium, remove the film covering the surface of the culture medium in time to ventilate the room, but avoid the wind and dry wind blowing directly into the mushroom room, so as to combine heat preservation and ventilation; ⑦ Before cultivation, the culture medium should be exposed to the sun for 1-2 days, and the pH should be adjusted to about 8-9 when mixing the ingredients; ⑧ When picking mushrooms, do not pull them hard to avoid hurting the young mushrooms. After picking, clean the mushroom bed, dig out the mushroom heads, and pick off the rotten mushrooms. 2. Young straw mushrooms shrink and die① This situation cannot be remedied. The only feasible way is to purchase the appropriate-age strains, that is, healthy strains within 3 days of age; ② Control the temperature change well, and the amplitude should not be too large. Do not spray water on the mushroom bed when the mushrooms are forming; ③ The materials should be fermented and sterilized before entering the bed. If there are mites on the bed, spray 0.1-0.2% dichlorvos when the mushrooms have not yet grown, and cover with a film. 3. Prevention and control of fungi such as Coprinus comatus① Choose fresh, clean and mildew-free culture medium; ② Before cultivation, the culture medium should be exposed to the sun for 2-3 days and soaked in 1-2% lime water before sowing; ③ When mixing ingredients, the proportion of nitrogen in the ingredients should be controlled, and the total amount of bran or green bran should not exceed 15%; ④ If it is for indoor cultivation, disinfection should be carried out with Sanisol and fumigation with formaldehyde for 3 days (formaldehyde dosage is 40 ml per cubic meter, and 20 grams of potassium permanganate should be added to the formaldehyde); ⑤ The cultivation materials must be piled up and fermented or sterilized with steam first, so that the temperature of the pile reaches 75°C, which can kill the bacteria in 7 days; ⑥ The moisture content of the culture medium cannot exceed 95%. After sowing, the soil should be covered with film and windows should be opened for ventilation to reduce the ammonia content. ⑦ Increase the pH. The pH during the growth stage is preferably 8.5, and the pH cannot be lower than 7.5 during fruiting body growth; ⑧ Before cultivation, the site must be strictly washed and disinfected, cleaned with lime water of pH 9, and sprayed with 1000 times of 50% wettable powder thiophanate or 300-500 times of 25% wettable powder carbendazim for disinfection; ⑨ Improve the inoculation method, mix three quarters of the fungus and the culture medium and spread it evenly, then cover the remaining one quarter of the fungus on the surface of the culture medium, and finally press it appropriately to control the contamination of the Coprinus comatus; ⑩Adjust the temperature and humidity; (11) If the mushroom material has grown, first, pull it out immediately by hand, and second, disinfect it locally with 50% lime water; (12) After the first wave of mushrooms are harvested, spray 3% lime water on the material to adjust the pH to prevent the occurrence of coprinus; (13) Mixing or spraying 5% alum water can effectively control or reduce the occurrence of Coprinus comatus. |
