Ingredients for making kiwi jam

When making kiwi jam, you need to prepare 4 to 7 fresh kiwis, 60 grams of sugar, 20 grams of maltose, a dozen rock sugars, two spoons of lemon juice, and a clean glass bottle.

Specific steps for making kiwi jam

1. Use a fruit knife to peel off the brown outer skin of the prepared fresh kiwi fruit, then cut the flesh in the middle, remove the white core inside, and then cut the kiwi flesh into small pieces, put it in a food processor, and beat it into a puree.

2. Put the pot on the fire and turn on high heat, add appropriate amount of water, then put the prepared granulated sugar and rock sugar into the water and boil until the rock sugar and granulated sugar are completely melted. Continue to cook for a while until the water evaporates by about half, then turn to low heat.

3. At this time, you need to put the prepared kiwi puree into the pot, mix it with the sugar water in the pot, then continue to simmer over low heat, simmer for about five minutes, then add the prepared lemon juice and mix well.

4. Continue to cook after adding lemon juice, and stir back and forth with chopsticks while organizing. When you find the puree in the pot is a little sticky, you can add maltose, mix well and continue to cook. After most of the water in the pot evaporates, you can get a thick paste. This is the homemade kiwi jam.

5. Allow the finished kiwi jam to cool naturally, then put it into the prepared glass bottle with clean baking pan, seal it and store it in the refrigerator. You can take it out and eat it whenever you want.
