At the same time, it can remove the deposits in the arteries and has a special effect on symptoms such as inattention, memory loss, and cerebral artery blockage, so people call it a "brain-boosting vegetable." According to other studies, daylily can significantly reduce the level of serum cholesterol, which is beneficial to the recovery of patients with hypertension and can be used as a health vegetable for patients with hypertension. Daylily also contains active ingredients that can inhibit the growth of cancer cells, and its rich crude fiber can promote the excretion of stool, so it can be used as a food for preventing and treating intestinal cancer.
