The efficacy and function of daylily

The efficacy and function of daylily
Daylily has many functions and effects. Friends who have the conditions can eat more of it on a daily basis.

Daylily

Cancer patients should try to eat mainly vegetarian food. You should eat the same way as the monks do.

Over the past 20 years, whenever I encountered patients with ascites or cancer patients who felt weak, I told them to eat day lily. The minimum amount should be 2-3 taels per day. If they cannot eat the vegetable, they can fry the day lily and drink the soup like traditional Chinese medicine. For patients with ascites, the amount can be added according to the amount that their spleen and stomach can absorb.

Daylily is a vegetable, not a medicine. It has no side effects, so eating more is not a big problem. What are the benefits of eating this daylily? One is that your sleep will improve, and the other is that you will have more energy when you get up in the morning. More importantly, for some sensitive people, it can reduce ascites! This is an amazing effect.

The efficacy and function of daylily

In order to let patients eat pure daylily, our hospital also specially purchases it from farmers and "forces" patients who come to see us to eat daylily. Daylily has good brain-boosting and anti-aging effects because it contains rich lecithin, which is a component of many cells in the body, especially brain cells, and plays an important role in enhancing and improving brain function.

At the same time, it can remove the deposits in the arteries and has a special effect on symptoms such as inattention, memory loss, and cerebral artery blockage, so people call it a "brain-boosting vegetable." According to other studies, daylily can significantly reduce the level of serum cholesterol, which is beneficial to the recovery of patients with hypertension and can be used as a health vegetable for patients with hypertension. Daylily also contains active ingredients that can inhibit the growth of cancer cells, and its rich crude fiber can promote the excretion of stool, so it can be used as a food for preventing and treating intestinal cancer.
