Steps

1. Prepare materials

To make lean meat, cabbage and mushroom porridge, you need to prepare 100 grams of rice, 100 grams of mushrooms, 200 grams of Chinese cabbage, and 100 grams of lean meat. In addition, you also need to prepare an appropriate amount of starch, salt and cooking wine.

2. Material handling

Wash the prepared lean meat, cut it into small dices, put it in a bowl, add a small amount of cooking wine, mix it with table salt and marinate it. Wash the mushrooms and Chinese cabbage separately, then cut them into small dices for later use. Rinse the rice with clean water.

3. Cook in a pot

Put the washed rice into the pot, add water, bring to a boil, then cook over low heat for half an hour. While cooking the porridge, blanch the marinated lean meat cubes with boiling water, then drain the water and put them into the porridge to cook together. When the porridge in the pot is 80% cooked, add the chopped mushrooms and cook together. Add the diced cabbage after removing from the pot and mix well. Cook for another minute and it can be eaten directly.
