There are also certain differences in appearance between yellow-heart kiwifruit and green-heart kiwifruit. Most yellow-heart kiwifruits are longer and flatter, and their appearance is mostly yellow. Yellow-heart kiwifruit has a higher content of vitamin A, C, potassium, magnesium and other substances, and it also contains some folic acid, carotene, progesterone and a variety of amino acids. The nutritional content of green-heart kiwifruit is relatively low, especially the content of folic acid and inositol can be several times lower than that of yellow-heart kiwifruit.
