1. Wash the prepared white radish with clean water, remember not to peel it. After washing, cut it into long strips as you need, put it in a small bowl, and add appropriate amount of table salt to marinate.

2. After pickling for an hour, the radish will release a lot of water. Pour out the water and squeeze the radish strips to remove the water. Add an appropriate amount of sugar and marinate for another hour, then remove the water again.

3. Put the drained radish strips in a bowl, then mix light soy sauce, sugar, white vinegar and purified water together to get the juice, then pour it into the processed radish strips, cover it with a lid, and put the bowl in a cool place to marinate.
