3. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic into small pieces and set aside. Prepare the bean paste, pickled pepper, salt, MSG, cooking wine, peppercorns and pepper powder.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, and when it is 60% hot, stir-fry the bean curd and pickled pepper until they turn red, add the onion, ginger, garlic, and peppercorns, and when they are fragrant, pour the pig intestines in and stir-fry for a while, add the prepared cooking wine, salt, and MSG, stir-fry again, serve on a plate, and sprinkle pepper powder on the finished dish. 5.
