1. Select dandelions

First of all, we need to pick fresh dandelions, and try to pick wild dandelions that are not polluted, so that the tea made will be more perfect, safe and reliable. We can choose the best quality dandelions, such as the shape or roots of dandelions for fermentation. We usually use dandelion leaves for fermentation.

2. Clean

We can clean the dandelion leaves. The leaves and roots must be handled separately and must be cleaned, otherwise there will be a lot of impurities. Remove all the old leaves and some excess roots, only the best ones.

3. Steaming

Steam the processed dandelion leaves for a few minutes. The fire should not be too high or too low, because dandelion leaves are easy to be cooked. Just steam them for a while. Take out the steamed dandelion leaves and put them in the sun to dry some excess water and then ferment them for a few days. It will take about a few days to ferment.

4. It is best to stir-fry tea

Prepare a large pot and light the fire. Put the dandelion leaves in, fry and turn them while you are frying.
