How many times can drip coffee be brewed?

1. Drip coffee is also called portable coffee. After buying this kind of coffee, people can easily brew a cup of fragrant coffee as long as they have hot water and a cup. The taste of drip coffee is no worse than that of freshly ground coffee. It retains the sour, sweet, bitter and mellow tastes of coffee, and can perfectly show the essence of coffee beans. But drip coffee is best brewed only once.

2. Drip coffee is actually a bag of coffee powder. When it is brewed once, people can get coffee with attractive aroma and pure taste. However, when it is brewed for the second time, the coffee powder no longer contains the original nutrition and aroma. The coffee brewed with it for the second time has no taste, and the taste is relatively light and the color is particularly light. People will not get the desired effect after drinking such coffee.

How to brew drip coffee

1. When brewing drip coffee, be sure to prepare a bag of drip coffee powder and a coffee cup, then prepare an appropriate amount of boiling water, and pour the boiling water into a sharp-mouthed coffee hand-brewed pot for later use. Pour boiling water into a clean coffee cup and shake it gently with your hand to warm the cup.

2. Open the outer packaging of the drip coffee, then tear open the outer layer along its dotted line, then stretch out the drip coffee on both sides and hang them directly on the edge of the cup. Pick up the coffee pot with your hand and pour the boiling water in it onto the coffee powder. The amount of water should not be too much, just enough to soak the coffee powder.

3. After 30 seconds, continue pouring water on the coffee powder. When pouring water, make circles in a clockwise direction and pour water repeatedly from the inside to the outside. Stop when the water volume reaches 80% of the coffee cup. Then take out the paper bag containing the coffee powder, and what you get in the cup is the brewed drip coffee.
