Preparation of lettuce

When making stir-fried lettuce, in addition to 500 grams of fresh lettuce, you also need to prepare a head of garlic and four or five red dried peppers, 20 grams of cooking oil, 15 grams of light soy sauce, 10 grams of MSG, 15 grams of white vinegar, 10 grams of white sugar, and a little salt and MSG.

Specific steps for stir-frying lettuce

1. Remove the skin of the prepared garlic, wash it with clean water, and then cut it into minced garlic for later use. Clean the red dried pepper and cut it into small pieces for later use.

2. Put all the prepared light soy sauce, soy sauce, MSG, white vinegar, sugar and other seasonings together, mix well, then add salt and MSG and set aside.

3. Wash the lettuce, put clean water into the pot, bring to a boil, blanch the lettuce in boiling water, take out and rinse with cold water, then take out and drain the water.

4. Put oil in the pot, heat it, add red dry pepper and minced garlic to stir-fry until fragrant, add sauce, bring to a boil, add lettuce, stir-fry quickly, and remove from the pot immediately after stir-frying. When stir-frying lettuce, be sure to use high heat to stir-fry quickly. This way, the lettuce will have a beautiful color and taste outstanding.
