When making cold-mixed lettuce, you need to prepare a head of lettuce, ten grams of sesame paste and ten grams of sweet noodle sauce, a small amount of MSG and salt, a head of garlic and about five grams of chili oil or sesame oil.

Steps to make salad

1. Remove the roots and outer old leaves of the prepared lettuce, then take off its leaves, wash them with clean water, and then cut them into small pieces or strips of your favorite.

2. Remove the skin of the garlic and chop it into small pieces with a knife. Add a small amount of salt and warm water to the prepared sesame paste, mix well with chopsticks and set aside.

3. Put the washed lettuce in a mixing bowl, add the prepared sesame paste, then add the prepared sweet noodle sauce, MSG, salt, minced garlic and other seasonings, and finally add chili oil and mix well with chopsticks.

4. Place the mixed lettuce on a plate and serve it directly. If you don't like spicy food, you can also remove the chili oil and replace it with sesame oil. The cold lettuce you make is also very delicious.
