Steps to make Western mushroom soup

1. Wash the prepared white mushrooms with clean water, then take them out and cut them into slices. Then peel the onions, wash them, and then cut them into small cubes for later use.

2. Put 50 grams of butter in a wok and slowly stir-fry over low heat to let it melt. Then add the chopped onion and stir-fry. Wait until the onion becomes soft before adding the sliced ​​mushrooms. After three minutes of stir-frying, the mushrooms will also become soft. Take them out and put them in a bowl for later use.

3. Put the remaining 50 grams of butter into the wok, heat it and stir-fry until it melts. Then add the flour and slowly stir-fry the flour until cooked. You will get butter fried noodles.

4. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, stir while adding water, and do not stop heating. After the temperature in the pot rises, the soup will become thick. After boiling, add the fried mushrooms and onions into the soup, cook for a few minutes, then add salt, pepper and chicken essence to season.

5. Finally, put the prepared cream and milk into the pot, heat and boil, and the homemade Western mushroom soup is ready.
