How to grow shiitake mushrooms in a greenhouse

Shiitake mushrooms are a kind of mushroom dish with particularly high nutritional value. They not only contain a variety of vitamins and minerals, but also a unique shiitake polysaccharide, which can improve the body's disease resistance. Many people like to eat them and want to grow some themselves. Today I will introduce to you the method of growing shiitake mushrooms in a greenhouse. Friends who have this idea can learn from it.

Mushroom greenhouse cultivation method

1. Establishment of mushroom greenhouse

When building a mushroom greenhouse, you need to choose a sunny and leeward place with flat terrain, sufficient water sources around, and good transportation to facilitate feeding and unloading. Some open spaces near villages and between trees are suitable. After building the mushroom shed, you also need to prepare straw curtains and other sunshade items.

2. Placement of mushroom bags

After the mushroom greenhouse is built, you need to start placing the mushroom bags. They should be placed horizontally on the hemp racks in the greenhouse. The distance between each mushroom bag should be about four centimeters. No more than forty mushroom bags should be placed in each row. In addition, a special immersion pool should be built in the greenhouse to facilitate the replenishment of water to the mushroom bags.

3. Management of temperature in mushroom greenhouse

During the growth period of shiitake mushrooms in the greenhouse, attention should be paid to temperature regulation. The temperature difference between day and night should be above ten degrees, so that the mushroom buds can form quickly. In addition, the humidity in the shiitake mushroom greenhouse should reach about 85%. Too low humidity is not conducive to the growth of shiitake mushrooms. After the shiitake mushrooms grow out, some inferior ones should be removed during the young mushroom period, and appropriate distance should be maintained between them, so as to produce high-quality shiitake mushrooms.
