Steps for pickling spicy radish

1. Wash the prepared white radish with clean water and remove the skin. Cut them into small strips as thick as fingers and about five centimeters long. Then place them in a sunny environment to dry for about three days.

2. After the radish strips are dried, the surface will shrink and the volume will also decrease. At this time, you can put them away, wash the dust on the surface with clean water, and then soak them in clean water for about half an hour.
