The strains can be frozen and vacuum preserved Frozen vacuum preservation is also an important method for people to preserve bacterial strains, also known as freeze-drying. This method is to protect the prepared bacterial strains with a protective agent, and then put them into a low-temperature environment to freeze them quickly and extract all the air inside.
