When you pickle green peppers at home, you need 5 kilograms of fresh green peppers, 2,500 grams of soy sauce, 500 grams of salt, 200 grams of sugar, 200 grams of ginger, 200 grams of garlic, 200 grams of cooking oil, 350 grams of high-purity grain liquor, an appropriate amount of MSG, and an appropriate amount of seasonings such as pepper, aniseed, cinnamon, and green onions.

Specific steps for pickled green peppers

1. Wash the prepared green peppers with clean water, then drain the water, remove the stems, and finally use a toothpick to poke some small holes on the surface of the green peppers.

2. Put the prepared cooking oil in the pot, add pepper, star anise and other seasonings after heating, add ginger slices, garlic slices, etc. after stir-frying, stir-fry for a few times, then add soy sauce, white wine, sugar, table salt and other ingredients and heat them. Keep adjusting during the heating process. Turn off the heat after the sugar and salt are all dissolved.
