How to make homemade pickled cucumbers

1. Wash the prepared cucumber, drain the water and cut it into small strips about 7 to 8 centimeters long for later use. Peel the garlic and make garlic paste for later use.

2. After heating the pot, add salad oil. Also, put chili powder and sesame seeds in a bowl and mix well. After the oil is heated, pour the hot oil directly into the bowl and stir evenly with chopsticks. The chili oil is ready.

3. Take a larger bowl or a small pot, place the cut cucumber strips in a layer in the bowl. Sprinkle a layer of sugar, salt and garlic paste, then place another layer of cucumber strips, and then add seasonings, until all the cucumbers are placed.
