1. Ingredients for pickled radish : radish, salt, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, chili powder, pepper powder, peppercorns, ginger powder, white sesame seeds, soy sauce

2. How to make pickled radish: 1) Prepare the ingredients first, then wash the radish, remove the roots, cut into 5 cm long and 1 cm strips, and then dry them in the sun until they are 80% dry and set aside.

2) Then use boiling water to remove the dust on the dried radish strips, drain the water, add salt, pepper, Sichuan pepper powder, sugar, ginger powder, light soy sauce and other ingredients, cover the lid, and marinate for 2 days. It tastes especially good this way.

3) Heat the oil again, add it to the sesame and chili noodles, and then mix it with the radish. It will taste very good. Note that this kind of radish must be dried, otherwise it will not be delicious.
