People in southern China like to use bean sprouts to pickle pickles, and they are especially delicious after pickling. 1. Korean pickling method

There are many different ways to pickle bean sprouts. You can choose to use Korean hot sauce to pickle them. When pickling, you need to wash the fresh bean sprouts with clean water, then pinch off the roots, boil the water in a pot, blanch the bean sprouts, and then cool them down in cold water. After cooling, take out the water, add sugar and rice vinegar, and then add minced garlic, then mix in Korean hot sauce and marinate for a few hours until it is tasty.

2. Pickled bean sprouts

Fresh bean sprouts can also be paired with pickled radish to make a side dish. When making it, you need to wash the prepared pickles and cut them into thin strips, then soak them in clean water for two hours, take them out and cut an appropriate amount of chopped green onions, add oil to the pot, stir-fry the chopped green onions until fragrant, and then add the pickled radish into the pot and stir-fry until cooked. While frying the pickled radish, clean the fresh bean sprouts and blanch them in boiling water. After blanching, take them out, squeeze out the water, and directly add them to the fried pickled radish. After mixing well, they can be eaten.

3. Spicy and sour pickled bean sprouts

Bean sprouts can also be pickled into hot and sour pickles for people to eat. Before pickling, you need to prepare an appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar and chili powder, and then prepare some sesame oil. The most important thing is to prepare 500 grams of fresh bean sprouts. Put the prepared fresh bean sprouts in boiling water and blanch them, remove the water, wash all the carrots and cucumbers, cut them into shreds, put them together with the blanched bean sprouts, add the prepared vegetables and chili powder and mix well, and finally add salt and sesame oil for seasoning, mix well and marinate for two hours, and the homemade hot and sour pickled bean sprouts are ready to eat.
