Loach Soup

1. Making loach soup is a good way to eat it. Before making it, you need to prepare 200 grams of loach, a small amount of MSG, a little table salt, and an appropriate amount of plant matter.

2. Scald the prepared loach in boiling water, then change the water to remove the sticky substance on its surface. Cut it open with a knife to remove its internal organs and then wash it with clean water. After removing the moisture, set it aside.

3. Heat oil in a wok and fry the loach. When the surface is golden brown, take it out and put it into the soup pot. Add water. After boiling, turn down the heat and cook for about an hour. Add salt and MSG for seasoning. After mixing well, turn off the heat and take it out for consumption.

Fried loach

1. Pan-fried loach is also very delicious. When making it, you need to prepare 500 grams of loach, 30 grams of ginger, an appropriate amount of green onion, cooking oil and soy sauce.

2. Clean the loach, remove moisture, heat oil in a frying pan, and pour the loach directly into the pot. Be sure to cover the pot. After two or three minutes, the loach in the pot will no longer jump.

3. When the loach stops jumping, open the lid of the pot, turn the loach over and fry until both sides are golden brown and fully cooked, then add ginger and stir-fry.

4. Then add soy sauce, chopped green onion and salt for seasoning. After stir-frying evenly, serve directly on a plate. A fragrant and delicious fried loach is ready to be eaten.
