Steps to cook braised crucian carp

1. Wash the crucian carp you bought with clean water, remove its internal organs and the black film inside, and then make a few cuts on the fish's body. Peel the garlic and pat it, then cut the ginger and red pepper into shreds, and cut the green onion into small pieces for later use.

2. Put the processed fish in a bowl and apply a small amount of salt on the fish to prevent it from sticking to the pan when frying.
