How to make pickled garlic :

1. First put water into a basin, add salt and stir well, then put the large garlic into the water and soak it for a day.

2. Take out the garlic after two days and place the garlic head downwards to drain the water. Leave it for more than three hours until it is dry.

3. Place the drained garlic in a jar with a sealable lid.

4. First prepare the sweet and sour water, white vinegar: white sugar = 3:2, then pour it into the jar.

5. The amount of juice should cover the garlic. After sealing, leave it for a week and then you can open it and eat it. The pickled sugar garlic made in this way is particularly sweet, crispy and delicious.
