The efficacy and function of rapeseed mushrooms. The steps of rapeseed mushrooms

In our daily life, there are many vegetables that are very popular with the public. Because vegetables are light in taste, rich in nutrients and low in food energy, they are very beneficial to health. Today, I will discuss with you a very common stir-fry - rapeseed mushrooms. This dish is very particular about the heat, because only in this way can it be cooked with color, fragrance and taste.

The efficacy and role of rapeseed mushrooms

1. Improve the body's immunity

The active ingredients of mushrooms can enhance the function of T lymphocytes, thereby improving the body's immunity against various diseases;

2. Relieve cough and reduce phlegm

Animal experiments have shown that mushroom extract has a significant antitussive and sputum-thinning effect.

3. Detoxification

Mushrooms contain crude fiber, semi-crude fiber and lignin that are difficult for the human body to digest. They can maintain the water balance in the intestines and absorb the remaining cholesterol and sugar and excrete them out of the body. They are very beneficial for preventing constipation, colon cancer, arteriosclerosis, diabetes, etc.

How to cook rapeseed mushrooms

Method 1

1. After the mushrooms are soaked, remove them and set aside. (ps: You can put the dried mushrooms into a bottle, add hot water, cover the lid and quickly stir the bottle for 1-2 minutes to quickly soak the mushrooms)

2. Boil some water in a pot and add some oil. Drain the rapeseed leaves and the heart of the vegetable and add some salt to the water. (ps: Adding oil here can keep the color of the rapeseed bright)

3. When the rapeseed turns green, take it out and rinse it with mineral water to keep it fresh, then drain it and place it on a plate.

4. Add a little oil to the pot, pour the water used to soak the mushrooms into the pot and bring to a boil, then add the mushrooms, add oyster sauce and salt, and stew until the mushrooms are well-seasoned, then place on the rapeseed.

5. Add mushroom water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add starch and a small amount of water to make the juice. Add a little salt and chicken essence and pour it on the mushrooms and rapeseed.

Method 2

1. Wash the rapeseed and set aside

2. Shred the meat and chop the green onion

3. Tear the mushrooms into pieces and blanch them in hot water

4. Heat the oil pan, add the meat slices and stir-fry, add chopped green onions and pour in soy sauce

5. Finally, add the mushrooms and stir fry

6. Finally add rapeseed

7. Continue to stir fry
