2. Place the prepared pine nuts in a microwave oven and heat over high heat until fully cooked, then remove and set aside.

3. Soak the dried evergreen in warm boiled water at about 50 degrees. After soaking for 30 minutes, use the water to wash the dried vegetables and shake them out. Add new water and soak them again. Pour out the water after half an hour. Repeat three to four times.

4. Take out the soaked evergreen, squeeze out the water with your hands and put it in a bowl. Add the prepared seasonings and pine nuts, mix well with chopsticks and then serve.

1. Ingredients: 250 grams of ham, 150 grams of evergreen, 5 grams of salt, 5 grams of MSG, and 3 grams of sesame oil.

2. Soak the evergreen in clean water until it is completely soaked, then take it out, wash it, cut it into thin strips and set aside. Also cut the ham into thin strips and set aside.

3. Put the evergreen and ham shreds in a small bowl, add the prepared salt, MSG, sesame oil and other seasonings, mix well with chopsticks, put it on a plate, and it is ready to eat.
