How to cook roasted eggplant and preserved eggs

1. Wash eggplant and pepper

3. Steam the preserved eggs in a steamer for 10 minutes to remove their special taste.

4. Use clean cotton thread to wrap the preserved eggs.

5. Cut into small pieces

6. Turn the gas stove to the lowest setting and place a shelf on the fire.

7. Grill the eggplant and green pepper

8. Turn the eggplant and green pepper from time to time to make them evenly heated and cooked. Remove the skin of the baked eggplant.

9. Tear into strips

2. Steam the preserved eggs first to remove their alkaline taste.

3. Use cotton thread to cut preserved eggs, saving the trouble of washing the knife and the cutting board will not be stained

4. My home is a natural gas stove. If it is a gas stove, please do not use the method of roasting eggplants with open flames. The product is different. You can roast the eggplants in the oven, fry them in a frying pan, or steam them in a steamer to complete this dish.

5. Add a little salt when pounding garlic so that the garlic juice does not collapse

6. You can add roasted peppers or not, depending on your personal preference.
