Therefore, in the hot and rainy summer, a large number of eggplants can be seen rotting and quickly growing long and dense white hairs. A large number of eggplant fruits that are about to mature will soon become rotten eggplants after being infected by wool blight bacteria.

Prevention and treatment methods:

When the disease first occurs, the central diseased plants should be immediately removed and destroyed and sprayed for prevention and control. Starting from the rainy season, spray 1:1:200 times Bordeaux mixture every 7 days for protection, which has a very good effect. Once the disease occurs, it is necessary to apply the medicine immediately. The medicines include 75% thiophanate-methyl 500-600 times solution, 50% methyl thiophanate wettable powder 800 times solution, 40% ethyl phosphine wettable powder 200 times solution, 64% anti-virus alum 500 times solution, etc. Generally, spray once every 7-10 days, and spray 3-4 times in a row.
