3. Butter Pancake

It is also very delicious to make hand-pulled pancakes with butter. You need 500 grams of flour, 3 grams of table salt, 30 grams of butter, and 3 shallots. Wash and chop the shallots and set aside. Boil the flour in boiling water, add cold water and make a soft dough. Melt the butter, roll out the dough, sprinkle with appropriate amount of table salt, roll it flat, then spread the melted butter on it, add shallots, fold it up, roll it into a pancake shape, melt the butter in a pan, fry the pancake until both sides are golden brown.
