Tomato Beef Ingredients

Two tomatoes

Half a catty of beef

Cooking oil (olive oil is also acceptable)

Light soy sauce

Tomato sauce

A teaspoon of sugar

A teaspoon of salt

7 tsp cornstarch (you can use meat tenderizer instead, add more according to your taste for tender meat)

Tomato beef steps/method

1 Sauce A: appropriate amount of cooking oil, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, 7 teaspoons of cornstarch (the kind of small spoon), appropriate amounts of sugar and salt.

2 Pour sauce A into the chopped beef, stir with chopsticks, marinate for half an hour, and set aside. Cut the tomato into small pieces.

3. Heat the pan first and pour in cooking oil. Pour the beef into the pan and fry.

4 When the beef is half cooked, add the tomatoes and continue to fry. (60% or 70% cooked is also OK)

5 Pour a bowl of water and appropriate amount of tomato sauce into the pot and cook. (If you want a sour soup, add more water)

6 It's ready to be served. Wow, it smells so good of tomatoes. My mouth is watering.

Precautions

The beef was marinated for a long time and cooked for a long time, so the meat is quite smooth and tender. (I forgot to take a picture of the ketchup. Haha~) If you like it sweeter, add more sugar, and if you like it salty, add some salt powder. I insist on the original flavor, without chicken essence or chicken powder, and advocate healthy eating.
