Stir-fried green beans with snow vegetables.

Snow cabbage, also known as Chinese mustard greens, is a kind of pickled vegetable. Wash and chop the snow cabbage you bought, wash the green beans and drain the water. Heat the pan, add the green beans, and stir-fry until they are 80% to 90% cooked. You don't need to add salt first, because the snow cabbage itself contains a lot of salt. Add the snow cabbage and stir-fry evenly. If you are worried that the green beans are not soft enough, you can add a little water and simmer until the water is dry. If you like chewy, you don't need to add water. Taste the saltiness before serving. According to personal taste, you can add a little soy sauce and a little chicken essence, and then serve.

Fried green beans with peppers.

Cut the green and red peppers into sections, dice the garlic, blanch the green beans in advance, and drain the water. Heat the pot, add a little oil, and sauté the diced garlic. If you like spicy food, you can fry the peppers at the same time to make it spicier. If you don’t like spicy food, you can stir-fry it a little before serving. Add the green beans and stir-fry. Add salt when it is 80% to 90% cooked, and add MSG before serving.

Green beans stewed with tofu.

Wash the green beans, put them into a casserole, add 70% to 80% water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium-low heat until the green beans are soft. Cut the tofu into cubes and put them into the casserole to cook together, add salt, bring to a boil again, turn off the heat, and add chicken powder to taste.

Stir-fried chicken with green beans, carrots and diced chicken.

Dice the chicken breast, add salt, MSG, starch, and cooking wine to marinate for a while, dice the carrots, and blanch them together with the green beans. Heat the pan, add oil, sauté the minced garlic and ginger slices, add the diced chicken and stir-fry until the color starts to turn white, add the green beans and carrots and stir-fry, season appropriately and serve.

Stir-fry three diced vegetables.

Dice the carrots, thaw the frozen corn kernels bought from the market, blanch the green beans and drain the water. Heat the pan and fry the corn first. When it is 80% cooked, add the green beans and carrot cubes and stir-fry. When the carrot cubes are soft, add salt to taste and add MSG before serving.
