Ingredients for stir-fried kidney beans and meat:

White kidney beans, pork, ginger, garlic, sauce (made from dark soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce and water), salt, chicken stock

Kidney beans and meat recipe:

1. Cut the white kidney beans into shreds first.

2. Cut the pork into slices and chop the green onion and ginger.

3. Pour oil into the wok, heat it up, then add the meat slices and stir-fry.

4. Add chopped green onion and ginger and stir-fry, then pour in the sauce.

5. Add the shredded kidney beans and stir-fry.

6. Add water enough to cover the kidney beans. Because kidney beans are difficult to cook, add more water and add enough at one time.
