How to cook oyster mushrooms

Oyster mushroom is a very common vegetable, and many people like it very much. So today I will tell you how to cook oyster mushroom:

1. Roasted Mushrooms

Ingredients: Oyster mushroom.

Ingredients: onion (large), ginger, garlic.

Seasoning: light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white mustard powder, sugar, and salt.

practice:

1. Remove the roots of the oyster mushrooms and wash them;

2. Since the texture of oyster mushrooms is delicate, you can tear the slightly larger mushroom slices by hand;

3. Since the water content of oyster mushrooms is high, in order to prevent the mushrooms from releasing water during the frying process, they should be blanched in hot water;

4. Heat the oil and stir-fry the oyster mushrooms;

5. At this time, pour the onion, ginger and garlic into the pot and stir-fry (adding onion, ginger and garlic before serving can prevent the aroma from disappearing due to long-term heating);

6. Then add soy sauce to enhance the flavor and a spoonful of sugar;

7. After thickening, make sure there is no water in the pot and the mushrooms are burnt. Finally, use dark soy sauce to adjust the color.

This dish can also be made with King Oyster Mushroom, Ganoderma Lucidum Mushroom, and Coprinus Coprinus. In short, you need to use mushrooms that are meaty and less watery, but Enoki Mushroom is not suitable for this method.
