If you want to grow a vegetable or plant without certain cultivation techniques, it is impossible to achieve the desired state. So today I will tell you about the cultivation techniques of Boletus edulis: Cultivation Season ArrangementCeratium solium is a thermophilic edible fungus. In northern Zhejiang and Shanghai, the temperature is 23-32℃ from mid-May to late October, and the natural conditions are suitable for the normal growth of Ceratium solium. The production of mushroom bags should be arranged from March to August. In summer, the temperature is high from July to August, so shade and cooling are required. Cultivation technology of Morinda solani Culture medium formulaFormula suitable for the growth of Agrocybe edulis mycelium: ① 40% sawdust, 38% cottonseed hulls, 20% bran (or rice bran), 1% sugar, 1% gypsum; ② 30% sawdust, 30% rice straw, 20% cottonseed hulls, 18% bran (or rice bran), 1% sugar, 1% gypsum; ③ 30% cottonseed hulls, 50% fermented cottonseed hulls, 18% bran (or rice bran), 2% gypsum. Mushroom bag productionAccording to the conventional method: mix → bag → sterilize → inoculate → culture. Add water to the culture medium according to the formula quantity and mix well. The water content is 60%-65%. It is appropriate to have 1-2 drops of water dripping between the fingers when the culture medium is squeezed by hand. Use 17cm×32cm low-pressure polyethylene (or polypropylene) plastic bags. Sterilize the culture medium immediately after bagging, inoculate after cooling, and move it to a clean culture room for spawning. The temperature is suitable. Generally, the mycelium will cover the culture medium in about 40 days. Cultivation methodAccording to the growth characteristics of the mullet, the spawn is usually grown in bags, and the bags are removed and covered with soil for cultivation after the mycelium is fully grown. Using a vegetable greenhouse and vegetable rotation is a good cultivation method, or it can be planted in a bed in the mushroom house. No matter which cultivation method is used, the mycelium needs to be fully grown in the bags before covering with soil for fruiting. CoveringMove the bags full of mycelium into the mushroom shed or cultivation room, remove the bags, and cover with soil about 3cm thick. The covering material should be clean and loose, and the garden soil, field soil or mountain soil in the greenhouse can be used. It must be exposed to the sun for several days to kill germs and pests; then spray 5% formaldehyde and cover with plastic film to fumigate for 48 hours, and then lift the film until the smell of the medicine is gone and set aside. Mushroom ManagementAfter the mullet of Agrocybe chuatsi is covered with soil, attention should be paid to the regulation and management of temperature, light, humidity and air. Temperature control can be achieved by closing doors and windows of the mushroom shed (room) in the morning and evening, covering with dense film for heat preservation, opening for ventilation and water spraying at noon. If the temperature is too high, the doors and windows should be opened for ventilation and cooling in the morning and evening, and the doors and windows should be closed at noon to avoid the heat. Water spraying can also be used to cool down the space. During the fruiting period, the temperature in the mushroom room should be maintained at 23-32℃. The light can be adjusted by the thickness of the sunshade covering the top of the greenhouse, and the black yarn hanging on the doors and windows. In midsummer, the light is strong and the covering should be thick; in early summer and late autumn, the covering of the mushroom shed should be thinned to increase the light and temperature. Water is used to regulate the humidity of the soil layer by spraying water on the covering layer. 10-15 days after covering the soil, rod-shaped primordia will emerge on the soil surface. As the fruiting body grows and develops, the number of water spraying should be gradually increased, and the relative humidity in the mushroom shed should be maintained at 80%-90%. Stop spraying water after harvesting the fruiting bodies to reduce the moisture content of the soil layer, improve ventilation, and promote the resumption of mycelium growth. Spray water again after 3 days to keep the soil layer moist until the fruiting bodies occur. Pay attention to ventilation when spraying water, do not spray water to block the water, and do not pour water into the mycelium. Pay attention to pest control, prevention is the main thing. Usually, do a good job of environmental sanitation around the mushroom shed, and spray pests with pollution-free pesticides in time when they are found. Harvesting of Boletus edulisThe hog mackerel should be harvested when it is 70% mature, i.e. the edge of the funnel-shaped cap of the mushroom body has not yet flattened. When harvesting, gently pull it out, cut off the muddy part of the mushroom root, and organize and pack the clean mushroom body according to the requirements. After harvesting, clean the impurities on the surface of the mushroom bed in time and fill the new soil. |
