Broomcorn Dipping Sauce

1. Wash the fresh broomrape, put some clean water in the pot, add a little salt and a small amount of cooking oil and bring to a boil, put the washed broomrape in, blanch it, and when it changes color, take it out and put it in cold water to cool it down.

2. After the temperature of the broomcorn millet drops, take it out and squeeze out the water inside and put it on a plate. Also prepare a small bowl with some bean paste or chili sauce, and you can eat it directly.

Steamed Broomrape

1. Ingredients: 500 grams of broomrape, appropriate amount of cornmeal, appropriate amount of mashed garlic, vinegar, light soy sauce, minced ginger and sesame oil.

2. Wash the broom grass, drain the water, put it in a bowl, add cornmeal and mix well, so that each piece of broom grass is covered with some cornmeal, and finally put the broom grass in a steamer and steam it. It will be cooked after seven or eight minutes of steaming.

3. While the broomrape is steaming, put the prepared seasonings together to make a sauce. When eating, you can add the sauce to the broomrape and mix it with the food, or you can directly dip the broomrape in the sauce and eat it.
