Steamed Noodles

1. Noodles can be steamed. Before steaming, you need to prepare 500 grams of noodles, 200 grams of flour, 50 grams of cooking oil, 10 grams of salt, and a head of garlic.

2. Pick the noodles and wash them with clean water. After removing the moisture, put them in a bowl, add salt, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.

3. Add the prepared powder to the noodles and mix well. Put them into the pot and steam them. After the water boils, steam them for another 15 minutes. While the noodles are being steamed, mash the garlic and heat the oil in a pot. After taking out the steamed noodles, add the mashed garlic and hot oil and mix well. Then they are ready to eat.

Cold noodle dishes

1. Noodles are also delicious when served cold. When making them, you need to prepare 600 grams of noodles, two heads of garlic, one scallion, an appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar, an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, sugar and table salt, and finally a small amount of sesame oil.

2. Remove the old leaves of the noodles, wash them with clean water, remove the water and blanch them in boiling water. After blanching, take them out and cool them in cold water. After cooling, take them out again and drain them.

3. Peel the garlic and make it into garlic paste, chop the onion into fine pieces, put them into the noodles, then add light soy sauce, vinegar, salt and sesame oil, mix well with chopsticks, and serve after putting it on a plate.
